Unleash the power of your built in iPhone camera with the ProCamera app for the iPhone. Why would you want another camera app if your iPhone already comes with one you ask? Here is the impressive laundry list of what ProCamera can do on your iPhone:

1) Take super hi-res photos. Plus you can view the pics first and if you decide to save them, they are saved to your iPhone in the background as you work on taking other photos, as long as you don’t close the app.
2) Self Timer: Set the number of seconds and let it do the rest. ProCamera starts beeping for the last 5 seconds.
3) Anti Shake: Hate blurred out pics? Don’t have a steady hand? Just set the Shake Free Precision to Low Medium or High, and ProCamera will take perfect photos every time.
4) Tap anywhere on the screen to shoot: Yes this comes in handy when you are taking pictures of yourself, or just don’t feel like moving your finger to the very bottom of the iPhone.
5) Tilt-o-meter: There is an on screen level that shows your current tilt with the horizon and helps you take straight photos every time.
6) Takes great photos in low light areas
7) Takes sharp images even if they are extreme close-ups.

Update: ProCamera now has an integrated Zoom, a Grid, new background-saving toolbar and vibration feedback, and Tap-To-Focus.

   The main reason why I got this Application was because under the product information they have written that you are able to take extreme close up pictures of business cards and note. However, after I bought this application, it does not function that way. I been trying for weeks to see if there was a problem my the settings or something like that. But later I understood that this application was never built that way. This application cost me ?350, and that is a high price, specially for a student like me to pay for. But I did so, trusting the information. But I am sad to say I am highly disappointed by this application and paying for it. You can NEVER take close up shots without blurring.

   I got this app yesterday, and I have not being able to open it, when I start the app it freezes a couple seconds and it shuts down, I allready restarted my iphone 3 times, and same problem, can somebody help me out?

   Same problem, doesn’t open up at OS 3.0.
   But after emailing to the support it’s clear: They already submitted an 3.0-compatible version of ProCamera to Apple but the guys there are a little overwhelmed by thousands 3.0-updates of all the apps..
   I can wait for the update, and it will even bring digital ZOOM with it.. Their website shows screenshots and a changelog..
   @shad I’ve got a case for my 3G with an extra camera lens for Close-Ups- works perfectly with ProCamera. They mention it in the app description
   The company producing these cases shoul cooperate with ProCamera because it’s a perfect fit!

   C’mon Apple, what the hell is the holdup? This is a popular app, move it to the front of the line so OS 3.0 can start using it.

   Many peopIe are really happy that ProCamera is back with their update. I don’t unserstand the previous comments.
   Read the disclaimer on the product description befor you buy something and then give negative comments..

   It says:
   Not compatible to 3.0, but 3.1.

   2nd: Close-ups in combination with Griffin’s Clarifi case. This case provides a second macro lens..
   But using ProCamera’s Steady-Shot.Mode, it even works better to snap business cards or notes…

   I own this case since I read of it in the product description of ProCamera , and I love it, like I do love ProCamera!
   Should give it another try!
