The is an official Netflix App for the iPad. You read it right. The Netflix iPad app is here and gives you the ability to watch your Instant Queue on your new iPad. The Netflix iPad app is scheduled for release in the iPad App Store next Saturday with the official launch of the iPad.
If you’re already a Netflix subscriber, this means you’ll automatically be able to stream any movie, or TV show form your account to your iPad over WiFi using the Free iPad app.
It will be interesting to see if this app will work over 3G or only on WiFi. Does this mean we’ll also finally get the long awaited Netflix app for iPhone as well? Also it will be interesting to see the quality of the streams coming over to the iPad app vs. the streams you currently get online from your Instant Queue.
