Recently this app has moved to a new domain name and is now out of Beta. For a limited time IM+ for Skype is free to use. The service uses a simple Internet protocol.    I think Skype is the best thing since sliced bread; but the application needs to be available from the Skype.com site as I have noticed so many flaws in the 3rd party apps that allow access to the Skype. Anyone think Skype will have a download for iPhones etc… ?

   I can’t make calls because the app says I have no credit even though I have a subscription.

    Hmm. i dunno, i have a skype subscription, no credit… and a new 3g iphone, and I just spent an hour via skype talking to my mum without any problems. So it can definitely be done, keep digging.
    Sadly I’m not very techy minded so can’t offer any solutions, just the knowledge that it can definitely work.

    I think the latest update to the application fixed the problem with not being able to make calls when you have a subscription but no credit. Oh well, at least I have credit to call some of the guys I work with from India now.
