WiFiSpeed allows you to take repeated measurements and it will continuously average your result with the previous ones, for a more accurate reading. As soon as the standard deviation is within 10%, you will be advised that you are now very close to the real value. The data-chunk used to measure your speed, is randomly generated at every measurement in way which prevents it from being cached or compressed, to prevent any result distortion.
