Stafftool review

Stafftool provides your organization with a centralized location to manage all your people, groups, events and communications. Gone are the days of emailing spreadsheet files around while hoping you have the latest version, or one person having the master database on their computer and everyone going through them. Being web-based, Stafftool lets you and everyone on your staff access the same up-to-date information from anywhere internet access is available – including your iPhone or iPod Touch.

– People: Just as people are the heart and soul of your organization, they’re also the central focus of Stafftool. Keep track of everyone’s contact info, photo, relationships, group involvement, and more. Give your congregation login accounts to maintain their own records and see what’s coming up, and grant your staff admin accounts for more capabilities.
– Groups: Organize your people into hierarchical groups such as ministries or home groups, or dynamic smart groups based on qualities like age, relationships or tags.
– Events: A full-featured calendar complete with recurring events, public iCal feeds and widgets for embedding into your website. Try turning your iPhone landscape for calendar view and portrait for list view!
– Messages: Easily send internal messages and emails to any group, whether it’s the youth group or a smart group of all the married people under the age of 40.
