rSBT stands for recombinant SpringBoard Technology and is a native iPhone app that allows you to rearrange the icons on your iphone homescreen (SpringBoard) without having to connect to your mac (or pc) nor load up iFuntastic (or similar programs).

Update: rSBT is now part of Customize. Install customize and you will see the rSBT options.
