While the people at Yelp have an official iPhone app already, you can still also the web app Mobile Yelp version to browse Yelp on your iPhone or iPod touch Safari browser. This version has all the information and features of the real yelp, except for the user based actions. So you can search for business listings and read user reviews but you can’t add comments or edit your profile information. Is fast and responsive and great for looking up reviews while you’re out, looking for info on a local business.

follow up: Yelp was part of mobile google and now not there. was voice recognition and liked it well. now gone. why?
I like this app, but its not as good as the website (by far)
