When a conversation is logged a follow-up date can be set, indicating the next time the user should make contact. When the date occurs, the conversation will appear in FollowUp’s past due list, allowing users the option to follow-up again or mark as completed.
In addition to FollowUp’s helpful reminder, entries in the past due list can conveniently be ordered based on priority, allowing users to schedule follow-ups in order of importance. And since all aspects of any conversation remain editable, no detail is ever excluded. Users can also edit any contact information directly within FollowUp.
