SMEScheduler review

Organize group schedules and send meeting requests directly from your iPhone.

SMEScheduler manages the meeting process, allowing your participants to choose from dates/ times that you define. You can then decide upon the most appropriate time for the meeting after voting has occurred.

All participants get an initial meeting inviting them to a meeting with a URL for them to vote on the time. You get emails alerting you to voting as it occurs in real-time.

Note: This app requires registration and only works from the Safari browser on your iPhone.
