According to Connie Guglielmo at bloomberg even though Apple’s Web site says the credit isn’t good for iTunes gift cards, “the page is incorrect and is being revised” and you “can use it to purchase iTunes gift cards”.

    Appmin says:

Can anyone confirm if they actually bought the iTunes gift card with their iPhone credit?

I’ve been reading about the Bloomberg claims elsewhere on the net and if it’s true, that would be great. I’d try to spend most of it in the iTunes Plus section but since it’s not a very big catalog yet, I don’t know. I’ll probably just get something in a retail store.
