Don’t Drink and Drive! Use your iPhone and the DrinkTracker Breathalyzer app to keep track of all your drinks eventually gives you an estimate of your blood alcohol content level. Set your unit of measurement, gender, weight, height, age and other profile information in the beginning.

Choose from the standard set of drinks like, beer, wine, spirits, and pick whether you’ve already drunk it or not. Watch the BAC calculator go up as you drink more, and you can also view the history of drinks you’ve had at any time. The BAC indicator changes colors from green to orange as you enter an illegal driving level.

The app has a button to email your friend telling them about this app, but it would be nice if it had a “Call Designated Driver” or “Call Taxi” button for those who’ve had one too many drinks.

Overall a great app to have on your iPhone or iPod touch to help you keep a tab on your alcohol consumption when you’re not at home and might have to drive. Also it is a great way to track exactly how much alcohol you’ve consumed in one night for your personal health reasons.
