Air Sharing Pro review

Air Sharing Pro, the successor to the original Air Sharing, is an iPhone app for that gives your iPhone or iPod touch to do pretty much anything you want to your files including Move, Copy, Paste, Rename, Delete, New Folder, Zip and Unzip (supports password-protected archives), Print, Email, and Save to Photos library. Turn your iPhone or iPod touch into a wireless hard drive that gets mounted on your Windows or Mac over WiFi for storing files and documents.

Once you’ve copied your files over with Air Sharing Pro, it then lets you view documents files on your iPhone or iPod touch including PDF, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), iWork (Pages, Numbers, Keynote), HTML Websites, RDF, RTF, and even Code with syntax color-coding for you programmers (Java, JavaScript, C/C++, Objective C/C++, C#, XML, shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python, and more). Some other great viewing feature include the ability to view zipped documents without manually unzipping. And finally you can also view standard iPhone format movies, audio, and images.

If your Mac OS X user, Air Sharing Pro lets you print any file of the type (PDF, image, plain text, HTML) to the printer with Printer Sharing enabled. Share large (up to 100 MB) files using drop.io in Air Sharing Pro. It uploads to the free drop.io service, launches Mail to send an email.

Air Sharing Pro connects with your remote file storage volumes like MobileMe iDisk, FilesAnywhere, MyDisk.se, Generic WebDAV servers all without needing WiFi. Finally Air Sharing Pro lets you share files by auto-detecting other users on same Wi-Fi network and connecting to their Air Sharing or Air Sharing Pro app.
