The new UStream app for iPhone 3GS lets you record videos and post stuff you shoot directly from the iPhone to your USTREAM account, Twitter acctount, or Facebook account. After you record some videos, you can manage the videos files and choose where you want to upload them. The upload queue shows the videos that are being currently sent over the network to the service of your choosing. You can also just send the video to all your accounts at once.
