Posted is a tracking app meant to assist you with keeping tabs on your packages. It was developed by Leanne Robinson and costs $1.99. There is a lite, or free, version offered as well. It is compatible with an iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad.

All you need to start with is your tracking number and Posted will place it on a list titled, My Deliveries. The app also finds all relevant information pertaining to your package so that you will know where it is and where it is going. I am sure everybody who has gotten a package delivered to them within the last 5 years knows how easy it is to locate your tracking number via confirmation email and plug it into the applicable website’s locator page.

What Posted offers is a way to keep up with multiple tracking numbers from numerous companies and countries. The app relies on the couriers’ websites for its information so what you are getting is, current status, lasted updated date, and delivery history log. You also get a map of the current package location. This app is most likely useful for a business owner or frequent online shopper or both. It could not be simpler to use. You start by hitting Add Delivery where you are taken to a list of countries.

You find the company that is delivering the package, type in a brief description, the enter a tracking number. The app offers push notifications that alert you when the status of your package changes. If you are sending a package that you want to keep track off, you can simply scan the barcode—by taking a picture of it—instead of entering in the tracking number. You can access the website of the particular company you are using from within the app as well.

This app is everything an organizational app should be: Easy-to-use interface and hugely timesaving. The great thing about developers offering lite versions is that you have the chance to try the app out for free with half the features before deciding whether to upgrade and make the investment.
