Service Request Tracking System (SRTS) helps service engineers who are on the field to be well connected with their customer support department at any time. This is developed based on our iPhone Application Framework to demonstrate our custom framework capabilities. The system provides the following features to the field engineers:
A categorized view for the service requests based on the engineer’s location.
Change the request status while on the move.
Locate the customer’s address using google map.
