Mindful is an iPhone tool for tracking your food intake to meet your weight loss / gain plan. Mindful features a built-in food database and the ability to add new items, and it auto-calculates users’ recommended daily caloric needs based on their personal info and weight goals. Users can also specify food preferences, default activity levels, and other information to customize Mindful.
