Barcelona’s Bike sharing service now has an iPhone app available for free in the App Store. Bicing is a community bicycle program in Barcelona inaugurated in March 2007 with over 6,000 bicycles. Barcelona residents appy for a card and use it to pick up a bicycle from one of 400 stations throughout the city. Using the GPS inside the iPhone, the iBicis app finds the best place to find or bring back a bicycle. The app also displays Google Maps with interactive navigation.
