It will remind you to take your pill, every day at the right time, with a push notification alert. You don’t need to let the application running. It also calculates automatically the 7 days stop period, and the 21 days when you are supposed to take the pill. You can see exactly when you have to take a pill, compare your real package and the one in the application and see if you missed a pill or not.

The developer also mentions on the App Store a warning about not being reliable for breakdowns or faults. Obviously if you are gonna use an iPhone app to remind you to take your birth control pills, keep in mind that technology can’t be trusted to work all the time. The push notifications are a great, especially for something as critical as medication. The app itself has decent graphics and tied into a customizable calender. Its not free, but its a nice app that could help sexually active ladies down the line we suppose.
