2XL SuperCross review

Here comes a new level of iPhone racing from 2XL games, with amazingly sharp graphics, insanely addictive and realistic camera angles, steering, lifelike sound effects, and gameplay in the motorcross high-speed challenge app 2XL Supercross. Supercross will transport you from your iPhone to the center of the arena riding your bike in challenging, fun and beautiful races in the exciting world of motorcross. This game is so nicely developed, it almost feels like the iPhone was made for it. Turning the motorcycle is as simple as rotating your iPhone left or right and the controls feel smooth and natural. Tap the green button to speed up. Pick either practice mode, time trials, or racing. A choice of 125cc, 250cc or 450cc bikes. Customize to your heart’s content with hundreds of riders and outfits. Another great feature in SuperCross 2XL is the multiple camera angles, 4 in all, with the most realistic one being the handle bars view.

Tracks on the game are designed by Stephane Roncada, a Motorcross Champion, which is pretty much awesome. You’ll quickly notice how fluid and realistic the graphics and the tracks feel once you start playing it. If you are looking for a top notch fun game for your iPhone or iPod touch, make sure this is amongst your first buys. The quality is comparable to PSP consoles games and will make you love your iPhone even more.
