Days of Thunder is a slick racing game for the the iPhone and iPod Touch, based on the movie with you as Cole Trickle. Use the iPhone’s accelerometer to speed your way through six racing circuits, defeat your competition, and win the Days of Thunder Cup. You need a steady hand, lead foot and fearless drive to win will take you to Victory Lane.

In this game you can draft off of the cars in front and, when ready, slingshot past them to get a burst of speed and invincibility. Crash opponent’s cars and watch the carnage in slow motion. Hunt down rivals, take them out and add their car to your garage.

There are 14 cars that you can unlock overall, each with their own unique characteristics including acceleration, top speed, handling, attack and defense. 39 Races Covering 12 unique tracks in six different circuits: Amateur, Qualifying, Semi-Pro, Pro, Superstar, and Endurance. Unlock New Tracks and earn achievements as you progress through the game. A powerful and realistic racing game using tilt motion on the iPhone with a pretty good sound track as well including 5 original music tracks to enhance the action-packed gameplay.
