Wanna play god on your iPhone? GodFinger is the new resource management game from ngmoco, where you are in charge of the inhabitants of a small planet and their environment. At first you have a single person living on your tiny planet, and as you improve your powers and gain more followers, you gain more gold and continue your growth and so forth.
This isn’t exactly like gaining followers on your Twitter account. In GodFinger, you can put your followers to work and have them create new buildings as you reap the benefits. The game doesn’t force you to be nice, so your God persona can either be kind or evil. Your powers as a god come in the form of power-ups including the ability to cast Sun, rain, lightning, fire and flood. You can grow and literally expand your planet using these powers to fill with more followers.
GodFinger uses the ngmoco Plus+ social network to handle invitations and integration with Twitter and Facebook. GodFinger is one of many upcoming ngmoco games as it pursues the Freeminum business model for its iPhone games.
Note: As of this writing, GodFinger is only available for the Canada App Store. If you have a different iTunes account, such as the US, hang out and wait a few days/weeks until GodFinger is released in your area, and expect to be blown away.

Its an awesome app, but its runs not very safe. It crashes sometimes or it lags especially when you’re logged in to Facebook. I’m from Germany but i have the app already
think about getting godfinger even when you’re living in another country 
it works in a way

I have the app and it’s awesome, but at the moment I can’t log on because the server is down. Does anyone know why this is and how long it’s down for?
I love Godfinger! I downloaded this app yesterday and after mistakenly activating push notifications earlier in the day, have continued to play into the early morning. I really enjoy this game and would rank it above The Sims games which is a personal favorite.
The app is busted. I have been trying for 2 days to get it to open, but to no avail. It gets stuck on the choose avatar page, I have to close the app and reopen to get to the next page, which is the “play godfinger” and is as far as I have gotten.
This app is awesome, but with the version 4 update for iphone it crashes. the only way i found to solve it is restart your iphone and then play it. also found having less than 20 followers seems to keep it pretty stable. looking forward for bugs to be fixed.
