SpillPillsSpillpills is a neat little iPhone game that mashes up line drawing and timed resource management skills to create a simple and fun game that is easy to learn and play. You have a series of colored pills that must travel across the center of an area coming in and going out of gates on a color coded path. The pills eat colored dots on their route and crash into other pills, and can die if left waiting too long behind closed gates. To open gates all you have to do is tap the door, which is pretty much all you do the entire time you are playing SpillPills, but timing is crucial. You can open up to 4 gates simultaneously.

The game is played in 5 changing environments (like a fish pond, an island, a mine and more) and is backed with quirky yet catchy sound effects. Eating other colored dots earns points, while eating white dots make your pill invincible. When your Panic Attack bar is full, shake your iPhone to make all pills disappear to avoid crashes or pills that will soon burn up. You can play in either career or survival mode where the difficulty is increased with time.

Overall SpillPills is a fun and challenging iPhone game recommended to fans of resource management style games.
