There are some Halloween mouths called “Helloween”, and the Original Mouths, plus Signature moths. MouthOff only works the 2nd gen iPod Touch with attached headphones with the built in mic. You might have seen the Microsoft commercials or Android ads that try to make fun of the iPhone and its apps by using an app similar to MouthOff aimed at demonstrating why iPhone apps are not good for anything useful.
