QuickBooks Connect review

QuickBooks Connect is a free iPhone app from Intuit that lets you manage your QuickBooks account from your iPhone or iPod touch. You can “test drive” the app using sample data or use your QuickBooks account. Mac users and QuickBooks Online users are not supported. View your QuickBooks data when you’re out of the office, so you can quickly answer customer questions and get more done on the go. Plus, data automatically syncs with your QuickBooks at the office, so you always have the most up-to-date information, no matter where you are.

Using the QuickBooks iPhone app you can:
– Add, view customer contact info
– Check balances
– Create & view estimates, invoices, sales receipts
– Email estimates, invoices, sales receipts
– Convert estimates to invoices
– Get directions to your customer site
– Passcode support
– Print on select devices
– Add group items to your transactions

Compatibility and Requirements: This app is not compatible with QuickBooks for Mac or QuickBooks Online at this time. Intuit QuickBooks Connect (mobile) is compatible with QuickBooks Pro, QuickBooks Premier, and QuickBooks Enterprise 2011 and later for WINDOWS only. Also your iPhone must be running iOS 4.0 or greater. To use this app you need a QUICKBOOKS ON THE GO subscription. For those who are using a Mac or want to use QuickBooks Online, you can use the web based iPhone application QuickBooks Online from your web browser.
